Assisted living at the Manor in our apartment setting supports residents who need a helping hand with the activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. We provide medication assistance and the assurance of 24-hour staffing by caring and professional caregivers and nurses.  A wide range of activities is available to support resident strengths and develop new interests and abilities. Our apartment setting promotes the feeling of independence and privacy with service plans individually tailored. A wide range of activities, scheduled transportation services and community events promote friendships and create a neighborhood feeling.

Directed Care at Courtland Manor

The Courtyard Manor offers a safe environment for residents with mild or moderate dementia  in full-sized apartments within a secured, gated community. The same amenities as in the Manor are offered.  Our secured assisted living residences combine the comfort of a home-like setting with the peace of mind that comes with supportive services.  Our specially trained staff provides round-the-clock care with genuine concern for each resident's well-being.

Skilled Nursing at the Care Center
