MONTHLY FEES INCLUDE:

• Scheduled transportation: Up to 12 medical appointments per year-Zone 1, and 1 grocery trip per week
• Routine apartment maintenance
• Electric, water, and expanded basic cable (Living Room Only)
• Housekeeping: light housekeeping service one time per month

Additional Services Available For a Fee: 

• Resident and Guest Meals $5.50 per meal
  • $5.00 per meal if purchased in packs of 10 or more)
• Transportation-Zone 2, which is 6 to 16 miles, $20.00 per trip. Unable to accommodate trips over 16 miles.

REQUIRED ON MOVE-IN:

• Proof of Income (Bank statement or Social Security letter)

We also welcome pets here at the Gardens (one per apartment, please) and require a non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 upon move in (Fee waived for Service Animals). Cats must have proof of rabies and feline leukemia vaccinations and dogs must be licensed in Maricopa County and have proof of rabies and distemper/parvo vaccinations. All pets must be under 30 pounds. Pets cannot not be on Campus without the pet fee and required paperwork.

We understand that a delicious meal, socializing with friends, can be the highlight of our resident’s day. Our Culinary Team truly cares about our residents dining experience; whether they live in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Memory Care or Independent Living.

Our residents take part in creating their menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner and they have a variety of delightful options to choose from. We also have a full time in-house Registered Dietician that works with our interdisciplinary team to tailor nutritional advice, interventions and follow-up assistance in navigating therapeutic diets, food allergies as well as cultural and religious preferences. At Immanuel we encourage resident preference to enhance quality of life within our continuum of care.
